Returns & Refund Policy – Flowers by Ange

At Flowers by Ange, we take great care in crafting each bouquet with fresh, high-quality blooms. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help!

Refunds & Replacements

If your bouquet arrives damaged or does not meet expectations, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the flowers. We will assess the issue and may offer:
✅ A replacement bouquet
✅ A partial or full refund, depending on the situation

Change of Mind

As all orders are made to order, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind or incorrect selection. Please double-check all details before placing your order.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date to be eligible for a refund. Orders canceled within 24 hours of delivery may not be refunded, as flowers may have already been sourced and arranged.
