Welcome to Flowers by Ange! By using our website (flowersbyange.com) and purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Orders & Payments

  • All orders must be placed through our website or by direct arrangement with Flowers by Ange.
  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major payment methods, as listed at checkout.
  • Orders are confirmed once payment has been processed.

2. Custom Orders

  • We offer custom floral arrangements upon request. Custom orders must be finalized and paid for before preparation begins.
  • We do our best to accommodate special requests, but availability of specific flowers may vary due to seasonality and supply.

3. Delivery & Pickups

  • We offer delivery services within Auckland. Delivery fees may apply based on location.
  • We aim to deliver on the specified date and time, but delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic, weather) may occur.
  • If no one is available to receive the flowers, we will leave them in a safe place or attempt to contact the recipient.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final.
  • If your flowers arrive damaged or in poor condition, please notify us within 24 hours with a photo for assessment. We may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the delivery date for a refund.

5. Substitutions & Seasonal Availability

  • Flowers are seasonal, and specific varieties may not always be available. If needed, we will substitute flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style of the arrangement.
  • Colors and sizes may slightly differ from product images due to natural variations.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We respect your privacy. Any personal information provided (such as name, address, and contact details) is used solely for order processing and communication purposes.
  • We do not share customer information with third parties without consent.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All images, logos, and content on flowersbyange.com are the property of Flowers by Ange and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

8. Changes to Terms

  • Flowers by Ange reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
