At Flowers by Ange, we take great care in ensuring your fresh flowers arrive beautifully and on time. Below is our shipping and delivery policy for orders placed through flowersbyange.com.

1. Delivery Areas & Fees

  • We offer local delivery within Auckland, New Zealand.
  • Delivery fees vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout.
  • If your delivery address is outside our standard service area, please contact us before placing your order to discuss possible options.

2. Delivery Times & Scheduling

  • Deliveries are made Monday – Saturday during standard business hours. Please specify your preferred delivery date at checkout.
  • We aim to deliver on your selected date, but exact times cannot always be guaranteed due to factors such as traffic and weather. 
  • For same-day delivery, orders must be placed before 10am. Orders placed after this time will be delivered on the next available day.

3. Delivery Instructions & Recipient Availability

  • Please provide accurate delivery details, including recipient name, address, and contact number.
  • If no one is available at the time of delivery, we will:
    ✅ Leave the flowers in a safe, shaded location (if possible).
    ✅ Attempt to contact the recipient or sender for instructions.
    ✅ If a redelivery is required, an additional fee may apply.

4. Special Delivery Requests

  • If you need a specific delivery time or special instructions (e.g., office delivery, hospital drop-off), please let us know at checkout, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

5. Shipping Delays & Issues

  • While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, traffic, courier issues, etc.).
  • If there is a significant delay, we will notify you as soon as possible.

6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure

  • If an incorrect address is provided and delivery is unsuccessful, a redelivery fee may apply.
  • Please double-check your details before placing an order.

7. Pick-Up Option (If applicable)

  • Pick-up may be available from our location—please contact us to arrange.
